GENERAL TRAINING COURSE FOR WORKERS FOR SAFETY
Course Description
This course is designed to comply with the mandatory requirements established by Italian legislation, specifically Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08, which mandates that all workers receive adequate and sufficient safety training. The training obligations were further detailed in the State-Regions Agreement signed in Italy on December 21, 2011, which sets out the guidelines for worker education within company organizations.
The course is aimed at providing participants with the knowledge and updates necessary to understand the principles of the Prevention and Protection System adopted by Italian companies. It also equips workers with tools and strategies to maintain safety standards in the workplace. The course is delivered online in e-learning mode, with a duration of four hours that includes the development of modules and the time required for intermediate and final assessments.

This training is compliant with Italian regulations, including Article 37 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08 and its subsequent amendments, Legislative Decree no. 106/09, as well as the State-Regions Agreements recorded under Register of Acts no. 221/CSR of December 21, 2011, and no. 128/CSR of July 7, 2016.
